Shipping and payment

We will ship our goods as soon as possible. The specified delivery time is only a guide. It will often go faster. If you need the order particularly quickly, please write us a small message in the comments, preferably with an appointment, so that we know and can bring your order forward. For very urgent orders, we offer express delivery within Germany. However, this has increased postage costs.  

The delivery time can take a little longer during the Christmas season, but of course you will receive your order in time for the holiday. We will note on our website until when you can place an order to be sure to receive it.

It is extremely useful to have an up-to-date phone number where we can reach you. We’ll call you if a product is late, not in the right color, or if there are any other unforeseen issues. We assure you that we will not use the number unless we have to. There will certainly be no advertising or other unpleasant calls. It is only about queries about specific orders. 

Upon arrival of the shipment, we urge you to check the condition of the package. If you notice external damage to the box, please note this on the posting receipt, otherwise there is no insurance. We ask that you notify us in writing of any obvious defects or incorrect deliveries within 7 days of receipt of the goods. Otherwise, the statutory warranty regulations apply.

The goods remain the property of Hase Weiss until full payment has been made. German law applies, and we also exclude the UN sales law. Should one clause be ineffective, the others remain effective.

Shipping to Australia

• Up to 5 kg – 45 euros
• Up to 10 kg – 65 euros
• Up to 20 kg – 100 euros

Shipping to Japan

• Up to 10 kg – 50 euros
• Up to 20 kg – 70 euros
